THE GREAT WAR OF WWI

The great war of world war one.

Consisted of the machine gun.
Friends dieing on the line.

I wish I was blind.

So many bullets in the air
And not life to spare.

Artillery shells blasting off.
Didn't even have time to cough.

So cold and wet

To me this war is a huge bet

Me and my rifle all alone

Just hoping i can return home

My friend cut up in barbed wire

Watching them catch on fire

What is with all the hate

This war is takingto long and is getting late

I am lossing hope

This war is taking a negative slope

I miss my girlfriend

But i have to fight till the end

I am ready to leave

The war is ending,its hardto believe

Coming home feels so great

Everything is over ,even the hate
